We'll replace it or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.

All we ask is that you fill in the returns form supplied with your goods, attach the pre-paid postage label (also supplied with your delivery) and take it to your nearest Post Office. Please ask for a proof of postage certificate (they're free) just in case of any unforseen situation.
